warranty conditions
1. Warranty period
MAX CARBON provides a 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase. Proof of this is provided by presenting a valid purchase receipt.
2. Scope of the guarantee
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship provided the product is used as intended and properly.
In the event of a warranty claim, MAX CARBON undertakes:
- to repair the product,
- to replace it, or
- to refund the purchase price pro rata if repair or replacement is not possible.
3. Exclusions
The following are excluded from the guarantee:
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly or modifications,
- normal wear and tear and signs of use,
- Damage caused by external influences such as accidents, fire or water,
- Products not purchased directly from MAX CARBON or authorized dealers.
Note: The paint in the engine compartment is subject to natural aging and yellowing due to extreme heat. This process, as can be seen from the carbon part in the engine compartment of the AMG ONE, is unavoidable and is not covered by the warranty.

4 . Procedure in the event of a warranty claim
In case of a warranty claim, please proceed as follows:
- Contact MAX CARBON customer support by email at [ info@max-carbon.de ].
- Provide valid proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.
- Send the product in for inspection when requested. In the event of a warranty claim, MAX CARBON will reimburse the shipping costs.
5. Additional information
- This guarantee supplements your statutory warranty rights and does not limit them.
- MAX CARBON reserves the right to change or adapt the warranty conditions at any time. The current warranty conditions can be found on our website.
